Joanmiquel Country house.

 It is a stone country house dated in the 15th century, unique in its style, with 56 windows of cut stone and outer and inner canopied doors. The property is completely surrounded by a walnut tree plantation, huge forests, and harmonious cultivated fields.

 The closest village is very small (five houses), is located 700 meters away; but nevertheless the country house is not alone nor is it isolated, because it is in the same neighbourhood where the owners of the walnut tree plantation live.

 The house and the annex buildings, also stony, add up to 1200 m2, and are completely restored, conditioned and furnished, ready to start living immediately with all the comfort.

 It has eight bedrooms with all the bathrooms conveniently restored. There is heating in all the rooms.

The  house is located in a garden, completely surrounded by a fence, and it has an automatic watering system. The garden surface is 13.000 m2.
